If you want to make the semolina pudding more healthy and nutritive, turbo up! More protein and more dietary fibre in! Let the calories rage, come on semolina pudding!


Boil the milk in a pot, add the semolina with stirring (1 tablespoon semolina/2 dl milk), some sugar. That’s the simple semolina pudding. Next is the turbo: add e.g. oat-flakes, raisin, or muesli. You can continue tuning with egg! When thickens (viscose), ready!
