If you would like to serve Easter ham with the wild mountain flavours of spring rebirth, decorate and consume it with young beech leaves.
Prepare the ham as usual while hiking in the mountains, making sure to go on foot or by bicycle. Collect a few beech leaves and carefully take it home. This requires that Easter and the spring leaf unfolding be at the same time. This year it’s just not.

Dice a slice of bacon, put into the fondue pot, and start baking slowly, stirring slowly on the fondue fire. When it starts releasing fat, put an onion cut into rings, (but we may start baking in the same time). Bake it completely, than dip in bread with fondue fork, eat it immediately.
This good kind of food was created when my bread dried out like a bricket, and not even a crumb may be wasted. I made an excellent scrambled eggs and the dry bread sold out as well. If we are poor and we have only dry bread, I recommend it with good heart.

This excellent food was created when the price of eggs was escaped to the sky, but I still wanted to eat scrambled eggs, as usual. If the eggs are shameless expensive or we can’t get it, or we have a small eggs only, what we eat fast and others also wish scrambled eggs, than take this fine recipe.
Let us take a pan, put in the chopped bacon and onion, fry, braise them. Let us make the scrambled eggs rich: with much onion, much bacon. Gently and quickly stir, lift and hold with a spatula. Spice as usual, but we may add any spice also which is not fitting. Serve hot immediately.
